Is there a way that someone not logged in at all, can view the glossary?

You could put it on the front page of your site, or if it is in a course give the course guest access (although technically they would be logged in now).

You saved my day, thanks! I put it onto the front page as a Category, then added the link as a course under that, then gave Guests the right to view. I also have a nice graphic on the front page taking Guest straight to it.
