Please note that the limitrequestbody defaults to unlimited (limitrequestbody 0) according to http://httpd.apache.org/docs/mod/core.html#limitrequestbody.
This directive wasn't even present in my httpd.conf or php.conf files when installing apache2.
To avoid confusion, maybe the text in the glossary should be complemented with a note that the limitrequestbody might not be present in the httpd.conf/php.conf files and that it defaults to unlimited.
