APC PHP Accelerator - which "CacheType" to set?

OK - dumb question time...  If I have my Moodle installation (Fedora 9/Apache/PHP 5.1.6) installed with the APC PHP accelerator, what is the proper setting on the Administrator | Server | Performance for the "Cache Type" ?

The Cache Type dropdown ihave choices of None, Internal, Memcached, and eAccelerator.  If my PHP has the APC accelerator - which option should I choose (Internal?)

I think I've posted a patch a while ago that adds APC support...
