I would also welcome these kind of restrictions, as it is important for us to only have chat sessions running on our servers when there is someone there to moderate them.
I would like to have a close time for each session, after which the chat can no longer be accessed. It would be good if the system sent messages warning that there was 5 mins left and so on.
