System overview: Moodle 1.9. 30+ CBT Courses. 3000 employees. 50-100 non-employees. LDAP used for most employees.
I want all employees to be able to participate/enroll in any course without an enrollment key.
I have non-employees that I want to participate in only the courses in which they are enrolled. These people should not be allowed to enroll in anything on their own, but should be able to enter course in which we they have been enrolled by us. They should not be able to enter any course in which they are not enrolled.
I have tried making the non-employees Guests in Moodle. This keeps them out of everything that doesn't allow guests. This is good, but it also keeps them out of courses they are enrolled in.
Can anyone offer ideas on how we can configure this?
