I wonder if anyone could help me out with the following problem:
While, most students can sign in using their student account numbers, a number of them cannot. We have set up enrolment so that it is authenticated with an external database. When students enroll, their e-mail account is automatically inserted into the e-mail account box. For some students this option is unavailable and they also cannot manually insert their e-mail information. The only way for these students to access the course is to enter as guests.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
