I am running Moodle 1.9.2. I am trying to integrate the certificate module. I want to set it up so the editing teacher is the only person who can trigger the certificate printing. I would like the following workflow:
Editing teacher goes to a course in Moodle, and marks the the students have completed the course, graded or not.
Moodle automatically gnerates certificates for all of the students without someone needing to manually enter the students names for each certficate. (the student names could be pulled from the course participants list)
The editing teacher, not the student, prints or emails the certificates.
Is it possible to set this process up in Moodle 1.9.2 as it exisists today? If not, what would it take and how much would it cost?
