New to Moodle, getting to grips with it overall. Can't work this out though:
I have 105 students and they get one assignment on Moodle per week.
At the end of the course, I want an average for all assignments, so that'll be an average of about 30 overall.
However, if they do not hand in the assignment, there does not seem to be a way of setting Moodle to marking 0 grade automatically.
Is there a way to do this? Ideally, I'd like to be able to have any assignment not handed in on time to be given an automatic no grade after that date.

I agree with you Jim. That would be a great function to have in the gradebook. I have been looking for the same thing.
