Resource types

Hello,

I have installed the latest version on my mac (2.0 dev) and have run into problems when trying to add content as a resource. I can upload files, but there is no link to "Choose" them. I installed with all the default settings - I have tried looking through the Administration settings but cannot find anything relevant. I am attaching a screenshot of the pop-up that allows me to upload, but doesn't allow me to choose the file to display.
Can anyone help me locate the setting I should amend?
