Seems to be working for us too with:

CentOS 5 Linux
Latest CVS update of Moodle 2.0 dev
Alfresco Labs 3b
phpIntegration.amp (thanks to hints in Mike's postings !)

We are running Alfresco on the default port:8080/alfresco though are using an Apache reverse proxy to map this to /alfresco

So, in the Administration > Plugins > Repositories > Edit repository instance interface we are using:

http://our_server_address/alfresco/api

At least once, we have seen a similar problem to that reported by Mike after logging out and back into Moodle, but this does not seem to be a consistent issue. Using Firefox, clearing Private Data (Cookies? Authenticated Sessions?) seemed to fix things, though I'm not absolutely certain of cause-and-effect.

I'm not quite sure how one is supposed to get to the repository 'file picker' (presume this is still under development) though am currently going via the Moodle TinyMCE rich text editor, Insert Image (or Link), and the Browse icon.

A big thanks to Dongsheng et al. for the impressive pace of development of all this cool
