Assignment

I need some help figuring out what coses the output below.  After updating a student's assignment or adding teacher feedback, the student gets this kind of code on his welcome page the next time he logs on:

 Summary:

 Biggest danger of David Blaine’s next stunt (hanging upside down above New York’s central park for sixty hours next week) is going blind. Doctors

This is repeated several times for each assignment from the student (I only included part of one after the array).

BACKGROUND: We had Chameleon and disconnected it.  I think the problem above happened when Chameleon was active as well.

We're using 1.6.2 (Beta)...  I'm afraid to upgrade and risk munging what's already on the server
