Hi Tokhir,
thank you for for your work on improving Moodle lang packs. If you plan to maintain the Uzbek language pack in the future, you should ask for CVS write access and commit your changes directly into the Moodle source code repository (given that there is no current maintainer of the language pack). Search for "CVS" and "Translation" at docs.moodle.org for more info.
If you do not plan commit too often, just send your modifications to Koen, the Moodle Translation coordinator and he will commit into CVS for you.
