Can't backup large courses on version 1.9 and 1.9.2

Hello

I've got this problem in version 1.9 and 1.9.2 with the backup of a course with a lot of items I get the message below. With courses with a few items everything works great.
I've tried a few things I saw in the posts with no result.

You might try the following thread where Rui Gomes had a backup problem with courses with many resources, and he eventually found a solution.

Hello John

I've been in contact with my host provider and he made the changes refered in the tread you kindly pointed with no luck.
The problem is that the zip file was created in the
uploaddata/temp/ but the system cannot copy it to the course backup folder.
Checked wit the host provider and all the permissions are OK, or so they said.

Any ideas?
