Gradebook

Hi,
I have an instructor who has set multiple categories in his gradebook and weighted each. The issue that we've run into is that he has created an event using Manage Graded Event and when trying to place this event into a category, it will not move to that category. It always reverts back to the default category of Uncategorized.

Now I'm sure this is probably something simple that I'm overlooking but at this point my brain is fried and could really use some guidance. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
