Quiz

So here's a weird error that just popped up... What happens: 1. Students takes quiz with random questions from a few different categories 2. The moodle corrects the questions CORRECTLY, showing which ones are right and wrong, and the points earned 3. BUT the GRADE given to the student is 0 . . . so the moodle is not adding the points together Environment: 1. When this error first occurred, it only happened to a few students out of 20. I assumed it was a java error, so I turned OFF the "show in secure window" option. After hitting regrade everything was fixed and scored correctly. 2. But now the errors seems to be occurring more frequently, and to students that did not have problems before. 3. The quiz contains about 50 random questions generated from 3-4 different categories. 4. Adaptive mode is off, time limit 3min Any ideas how to fix this? I'm using 1.9.2 - fresh installation for the year. Thanks-
