(Look for "unzip" next to zip files.)

It's amazing how selective the eye can be. I can't believe it. After reading your post I went back to the file manager and uploaded a zip file and just kept staring at the drop-down menu, looking and looking for an unzip command on that menu. It's so funny I didn't even *see* that last column with the unzip command big as life. And sure enough it worked like a charm. This is beautiful.
