An unknown problem occurred while uploading the file 'size_test.txt' (perhaps it was too large?)

I got this message with a 2kb file! Its happened after the technical person changed the settings on our web server microsoft IIS. Has he got it wrong or does it look like something else is going happening. We still have our slashargurements set to enable us to see images.

This probably means what the error message says - your D: drive is full. That's the first thing to check anyway.
