Moodle in English: How do I add a theme

Could someone tell me how to add a theme that I have downloaded to my desktop? I can't figure it out.

You'll need to copy the new theme into a subdirectory of the moodle/theme directory. See http://docs.moodle.org/en/Themes#Installing_a_theme.
