Resource types

We just migrated Moodle to a new server and at the same time upgraded from 1.8 to 1.9. The older server ran Fedora Core 7, and the new one runs FC 6.

Installation and upgrades went smoothly, but when we rolled over new courses, none of the old resources are available ("requested file can't be found"). The files are in the moodledata directory; I checked with SSH.

Does 1.9 put resources in a different directory?
