Hi Trish, just one thing I'd recommend taking into consideration... if you manually place the folder into the module and then use the display directory function, make sure the file names have no spaces, since if they do you (nor students) will not be able to download any files. If you use the .zip option you don't have to worry, since moodle will create the files replacing the spaces with underscores.
