It's ok. I finally figured it out. The drop down help screen didn't provide good directions. The custom scaling screen had 'scale' (and i had described the scale there) and 'description' (where I put the scale in). These needed to be reversed!
I wish the help screen was clearer..ie delineate what you put in each pane! (For example, it says nothing about what you put in the 'description' box.
I am using this scale. Does this sound right?
