One of my Moodle servers is turning up with a blank key with an expiration date of 1969.
I tried some of the tips in this thread, but no luck. Any other ideas?
Update: the same problem affects a completely new install in another folder (with a fresh, blank database).
Also, logging in from an emailed post does not work, producing:
"This remote Moodle Hub is not configured for remote login."

The problem developed out of nowhere a couple of days ago -- as far as I know nothing has changed in the system configuration.

Well, I finally just backed up all the live courses and restored to a new server with a new database. Not exactly an optimal solution. 
I suspect some sort of database corruption.
