how to block the capability to change the email but allow to change the picture in the profil

hello everybody,

i'm a newbie in Moodle management ,so thank you in advance for your help.
we have a moodle system that use LDAP for the student list . i would like to block the possibility for the student to change their email but not the rest of their profil.
i know that its possible to block the edition of all the profils but not how to block one field of the profil...

It's in the LDAP settings not the roles. There's an option to lock any field that's read from LDAP and control how and when it's read.
