I've found the problem!!! Don't waste time! Probably there was some errors in importin glossary from version 1.8.3 to 1.8.4. I tried to create another glossary for test the game and now it works fine! (I have only problem with criptex but in all two the installation, but it is not importat: I prefer crossword).
Thank you all the same. But this could be a problem for any that want use the same glossary in different moodle installation....
