No...actually you don't need to do anything with Standard theme. If your new theme is inside the correct folder (the blue version of those 7 subfolders - experience247v45_blue - should be at the same folder as standard, formal_white and other Moodle Themes...) you just pick the new theme from your site administration menu and theme selector:
Administration -> Appearance -> Themes -> Theme Selector
