Different Grades for Different Group Members

I was wondering if there was anyway of basing one student’s mark on another student’s. We have three laboratory exercises conducted in groups of three. For each lab, the members alternate being the group leader with the leader being responsible for the lab report. A student’s lab grade is compromised mostly of the lab that they have written and, in a smaller part, the two other labs that they participated in. For instance, if the first lab report received a grade of 12, the leader would receive 12 points towards their total lab grade while the other two members would receive 2. Is there anyway of simply writing 12 in the leader position and have 2 appear for the other two members? ű

Thank you.
