Hello every body!
i have created kinyarwanda as Moodle language and it is available in current language list menu as well as in installed language packs but not in available language packs, and if i select it nothing will be desplayed on front end.Any way i put it into moodle/lib file/langues.php then i translated the folder rw_utf8 into moodledata but i still have such problem. what can i do for completing my task of translating moodle into my local language? thak you for your support.

The list of available languages is the list of languages available on the Moodle servers. If you want it there, you should send your translation to translation@moodle.org (= me

The languages.php file you altered is as far as I know not in use - it is just a list.
