I am backing up a course from a 1.83 Moodle site and restoring to a 1.92 site. On the target site, I have a heavily modified version of the Newbury College theme. When I restore a course from the 1.83 site (themed in standard white), it breaks my new theme.
I unzipped and looked at the XML saved during the course backup. Sure enough, I found a WIDTH= inline style in the beginning of the course HTML. This approach totally defeats the point of a "theme". Is there any way to turn this off?
