What does this mean?

I recently installed moodle 1.9.2 and I am trying to set up a site with different courses.

As the administrator I opened up

Modules > Blocks > Manage Blocks

The following message is at the top of list:

Block course_list is not compatible with the current version of Moodle and needs to be updated by a programmer.
Could someone explain to me what the message means?
Thanks in advance.

i just ran into this message upgrading 1.8.2 to 1.8.6. i had not copied the non standard blocks from the 1.8.2 folder to the 1.8.6 folder i was upgrading to. i hope this helps with your 1.9.2 instance.

Thanks for replying to my post, Thomas.

The trouble in my case is that this is a new installation and I have not installed any non-standard blocks. I have downloaded the Ajax Google Search, but I do not have the slightest idea how to install it.
