I want to make a password in my assignment, so just student who has the password to enter my assignment.

Easiest way is to create a course for that assignment, put an enrolement key on it (to stop people just browsing it and taking part), and just add the student(s) who you want to take part in that assignment as Students in the Assign Roles tool in the Administration block.
I know then if you delete the course once the assignment is over it'll probably disappear from the gradebook, but I can't think of an inbuilt way. Either way, it would be worth downloading the assignment files once you've had all submissions. If there was enough demand here I'd think about ammending the Assignment module but that seems like a bit of a big task.

I use password in assignment to separate student in a course. so not all students can enter to this assignment, but just certain student that have that password.
may be you have another ways to solve that problem.
