I have built an elearning website for Thai Bangkaew Dog.
When I visit moodle sites in moodle.org , it says that

To add or update your site, just use the "Registration" button on your Moodle admin page.
but I can not find the "Registration" button both in my site or moodle.org site. What is wrong ?
Where can I find it to register my moodle site ?

Having trouble reaching your site at this time. I will try again later. If you login as administrator and go to the admin page (click on 'admin...' in the block on the left side of your homepage) you'll find the button to register...

My menu happens to be Thai, and I did not notice it as admin page.
I just have a feeling that moodle is too heavy or not.
