I may be biased, but I've been using it on one of my production sites. And it is part of the standard release now. Go for it.

I think the MoodleWiki & MoodleBlog are gonna be the new "serious" fun toys of Moodle.

How are you guys thinking about using the Wiki mod?

I'm using the Wiki module for the portfolio of my students.
I would like to start as soon as possible.

Hi Art,
I have installed the wiki module and it appears to be working fine. I am creating a small course for staff at my college and plan on using the Wiki as a means to work collaboratively on a project. There will be 10 groups of approx. 10 participants in each and each group will have its own Wiki.
The course won't start until September so I don't know how well it will work. The one problem I have encountered is trying to upload a file, which I can't seem to do. I noticed in another post that others had a similiar problem but appeared to resolve it by turning off the html.

Jim

Thanks, Jim. I will certainly keep that in mind.

I used to use tikiwiki's module (www.tikiwkik.org), and it provide more function such as the previous posted "discussion board" linkage for the wiki page.
However, it always takes times to make it integrated into moodle. Thanks for the good job.
