Ref: Limitations Accessing uploaded files
Hi,
After a student has completed an assignment and later wishes to view it again or download it again, the system does not allow viewing access or downloading access more than once.
As Admin, how do I fix this?
I haven't seen any selections from the Admin block that would allow me to
- Change the # of times a student can access the same uploaded files or
- Change the # of times a student can download those same uploaded files.
After accessing and viewing the file once, this is the error message they get:
Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator, support@supportwebsite.com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.
More information about this error may be available in the server error log.
All uploaded files are "pdf". Should I instruct everyone to use "jpg" instead? Would changing the file's extension type allow students to view and access these files more than once?
