We have a business environment where students (employees) may enroll to take a course then unenroll once completed. I noticed that the grades are not displayed for students no longer enrolled in a course. Is there anyway to retain those grades - an example would be that every employee is required to take a Human Resources course on what constitutes Harassment in the workplace and the company is required to keep record of every employee who has successfully completed the course.

You can download the grades as an Excel or Text file. In the grades area click "Download in Excel format" or "Download in Text format"

Thanks you so much for the response, I was aware of the download capability, ....I was hoping for a somewhat more automated / integrated type of solution.
