I looked at the Moodle package thoroughly, and it seems to handle everything we need with only a few exceptions.
* Adding a minimum time for which the user must have the lesson pages open. (This may be variable from page to page.)
* Intermittent popups to confirm the user's identity.
* Automating the 5-question quiz after each lesson, (I think Moodle may already support this functionality.)
* Randomly selecting 50 of 200 questions for the final quiz (this function may too be supported but could not find how I could do it?)
In a previous post about the driver school, I had some responses. I’d like to thank you all very much for writing back to us. I tried to find answers to my needs; however, I wasn’t able to come across anything that is a real solution to our need. This is perhaps because I am new to the Moodle community.
I would really appreciate it if you could help me with my needs.

After you have created your 200 questions, you can choose to have fifty at a time selcted randomly from the category in whch you have placed the questions. (Does that make sense to you?)
