Position Summary The eLearning Services and Technology Manager is an essential member of the instructional design and eLearning support team. This position oversees the day-to-day operations of the Center for Online Learning service office with a focus on utilizing academic technology for online and hybrid course designs. The Manager serves as a user support expert and knowledge agent for the LMS, instructional multimedia services, and assists with delivering faculty training workshops and resources in the use of the university LMS and other academic technology supported by the Center. Additionally, the Manager works closely with the instructional design team in development of instructional multimedia for course design. The Manager also trains and supervises Center student workers in the use of technologies and oversees completion of Center support requests. The Manager is responsible for providing a high level of customer service and technical user support for the LMS and instructional media to faculty and students.
