My Learning Consultants is looking for an experienced educator and Moodle practitioner to work as part of our sales team. We are a fast-growing Moodle Partner company supporting organizations of all shapes and sizes including schools, businesses, non-profits, and government agencies. My Learning Consultants provides both technical and instructional consulting services and we are looking for the right person to help match clients with the right resources and support from our team.
The position is
Job Responsibilities
Respond to inbound leads from prospective and existing clients
Provide virtual product demonstrations and help potential clients learn about the features and benefits of the Moodle LMS
Listen to client needs and provide recommendations for services
Form new and continue existing relationships with clients by proactively reaching out and also addressing issues when they arise
Maintain a strong understanding of the Moodle LMS, features and technical specifications to answer specific customer questions
Maintain current skills and innovate with new methods or strategies to help the team reach goals for client success
Establish yourself as a valuable and helpful resource through all customer interactions and maintain a friendly, knowledgeable reputation in the industry
Experience and Qualifications
Education background, teaching experience a plus
1 year of experience using Moodle (3 yrs preferred)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Sales experience a plus, but we prefer candidates have education experience and a strong understanding of Moodle vs formal sales experience
Detail-oriented
Enjoys working with people
