We at BCITO - the largest provider of construction skills apprenticeships in New Zealand are looking for a LMS implementation Superstar to join our Project Delivery Team and lead the implementation of a Learning Management System. BCITO is passionate about building careers and leading the way in the Building and Construction industry. We are currently developing a comprehensive digital learner support platform as part of a broader digital transformation strategy and we’re looking for key people to be a part of this.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with proven LMS implementation experience great project and/or BA capability to join the BCITO Project Team and lead the project. You’ll be an integral part of the wider Project Delivery Team and lead a key initiative within the Digital Engagement Strategy.
As an applicant you’ll be able to demonstrate solid experience:
· leading system implementations, and all that comes with that
· eliciting and communicating requirements
· managing vendors and dev resources
· communicating effectively, both written and oral
· demonstrating initiative and proactive approach
When it comes to implementing these kinds of systems and being across what’s going on, you’ll have your finger on the pulse and you’ll be a key player in getting this project going and keeping it on track. Naturally, you’re highly motivated, with a curious, and possibly creative streak with a knack for getting the best out of vendors. You’ll also be calm when the pressure is on and be tenacious and resilient as this role can be challenging and fast paced at times.
