Moodle jobs

We need an expert to fix a problem with email messaging from Moodle 2.7:

When students send posts in the forums, the system does not send email copy of the posts to the teacher or other students in the same course.

Months ago Moodle sent email messages without any problem but from 3 months ago it sends some messages but not most of them. 

I am not a Linux expert nor Moodle expert and need somebody with experience fixing these kind of problem.
