Job offered: Web Development as Shown Samples

I have few sites but they have used other systems in their development. I want to try moodle.

I intend to make similar website same as the sites below.

If you review, the sites above, they look very similar in their functionality but I was told Moodle is better with SEO and security.

So, I need someone who can develop a site for me, be available for support and to guide me through the project patiently. 

I have hired developers online without necessarily meeting up in person and I intend to do the same.

I also wish to do the talk about the system via skype chat at Peter Mugs
