HI Guys 


I am in urgent need of a Plugin development for my moodle 


Here is a  brief about what we require 


We are looking for a Moodle plugin which can be shown as a block on users profile 


1 the main functionality of the block is that it shows All the events that a user has to attend .The events can be added by teacher or admin .  


2 ) and there is an option on the block where user can enter  an  reason for not attending any particular event 


3) a notification will be sent to admin /teacher if a user enters a reason for not attending a event 



I am open to  quotes either from any  companies or  freelancers  from any region
