Moodle jobs

I would like to create a customized moodle site with corresponding design in moodle app. This is a pre-sale demo version with workable pieces. After each sale, there will be a new design with features customized for each customer.(ppt changed)

Demo version(current proposal request)

1. We have installed a default moodle 2.7 on our server

2. The user interface must be customized. A powrepoint showing basic flow is attached

3. The moodle mobile app needs to have a corresponding look and feel.

4. For the demo version, the basic features available on the moodle app plus:

vRead announcements

vUpload/download documents - doc and pdf

vFrom what I know, each additional feature will be a plugin to be coded and implemented in the app.

vDownload of one small demo course to the device - when not connected to the internet

5.  we need both IOS and android

6. At this point we are looking for a timeframe and cost for the above requirements
