Manage all aspects of the deployment and support of the Moodle open source application on our own servers and servers of our clients.
Review and adapt current upgrade and version control processes for standard and bespoke implementations to improve efficiency, automation and profitability whilst enhancing the client experience.
Liaise effectively with prospective clients to advise on solutions as part of the sales process including contributing to the writing of proposals.
Work with our server team to resolve issues.
Gain a rapid expert understanding of the open source technologies we use and be prepared to engage with the relevant online communities to build and share expertise.
Provide wide ranging 1st - 3rd line support to our clients.
Actively contribute to the identification and development of additional services.
