Fused develops performance support strategies, programs, and tools for professionals in a variety of industries and functions. We work a great deal with Sales and Marketing professionals on skills, processes, and techniques to immediately improve job performance. We create engaging learning experiences that often blend a variety of modalities, technologies, and learning styles to improve performance. We are seeking a Senior Learning Technologist to grow our evolving capabilities and work directly with our clients to ensure their success.

This is a three-month contract position with potential long-term employment to follow. Fused is a globally dispersed organization comprised of experienced and creative savants. You will join the organization remotely from your home/office.


About this opportunity

Work directly with Fused corporate clients to ensure technology initiatives are providing maximum value and supporting any evolving needs as needed.

Shape our technology vision by working with development teams to execute a product roadmap that incorporates client feature requests, emerging technologies, planned improvements, and user experience improvements.

Lead client data strategy workshops and implementation plans to maximize data collection and analysis.

Relentlessly pursue new tools, technologies and techniques to experiment and play with in our development sandboxes. 

Partner with a variety of vendors and contractor groups to monitor development milestones, client customizations, system integrations, reporting solutions, etc. 

Lead pre-sales client demonstrations and technical deep dive sessions for new implementations.


Critical skills and experience for this role:

Deep experience with digital technology platforms and learning systems (LMS...and it's OK to have a hatred for most of them smile and related enterprise integrations (SAML, HRIS)

Experience with the collection and analysis of learning and performance data. Knowledge of xAPI and data visualization tools. 

Must have curiosity and a passion for learning new tools, industries, processes, approaches, etc. New input keeps us relevant and exciting.


Valuable skills and experience:

Experience with B2B sales and/or marketing environments. A POV on what makes messaging and communication techniques effective or ineffective.

Supporting learning technology or administration in highly regulated environments (Pharma) 

Moodle LMS

xAPI, Learning Locker LRS, MongoDB and JSON

Ability to apply sound and innovative instructional design and effective learning principles

Customer-focused: Must be able to identify and respond to client needs and expectations, build collaborative relationships, and deeply understand their business drivers and desired outcomes

Collaborative: Comfortable facilitating collaborative working sessions and navigating conversations to reach consensus.

Flexibility/Adaptability: Ability to thrive in an often ambiguous and changing environment. Client needs change, priorities shift, and the path to success can change on a dime. 

Innovation and Creativity: Find unique ways to solve issues and invent new capabilities. Search all corners of the earth to find new technologies and best practices that can be incorporated into Fused to better drive business outcomes for our clients.
