About this role

The Moodle Apps team is looking for a part-time (20 hours a week) Junior Project Coordinator to coordinate the execution of standardised projects ensuring they are delivered on time and achieving high customer satisfaction.

What your new job can look like…

  • Coordination between clients and the development team during each project life-cycle

  • Coordination with the support team

  • Project monitoring, tracking and reporting

  • Project administration and collaboration tasks (scheduling meetings, etc..)

  • Reporting to the Delivery and Portfolio manager


Essential Knowledge, Experience and Skills

  • English, conversational

  • University Degree or technical studies module (Grado de Módulo Superior)

  • General technology knowledge (android, ios, smartphones) as a power user

  • Good written and verbal communication skills

  • Be able to prioritise and work with multiple small projects simultaneously

  • Eye for detail

  • Ability to work remotely

  • High motivation


Desirable but not essential:

  • Having worked with project management tools and techniques

  • Moodle knowledge (administrator, teacher or user basic)
