Job offered: Instructional Technology Support Specialist

Currently seeking multiple Instructional Technology Support Specialists to support a college system help desk. Specialist will provide Tier-1 Technical Support for both students and faculty. 

 

Please describe your proficiency with the following:

- Banner Luminus

- Blackboard

- Moodle

- Office 360

- Google Apps

- Microsoft Live.edu

- LAN Networking

-Wireless Networking

- Java - JRE

- Internet Explorer

- Firefox

- Chrome

- Active Directory

 

REQUIRED SKILLS:

High School diploma or equivalent required.

Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Familiarity with education related technologies. (Banner Luminus, Blackboard, Moodle, Office 360 or Google Apps)

Must be able to handle multiple job tasks at one time and escalate issues timely.

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office products.

 

PREFERRED SKILLS:

Two years of customer service experience highly preferred.

Previous experience in the education industry and e-learning technologies.

Some college preferred.

Contact Center/Help Desk experience preferred.
