Catalyst
is currently seeking a Operations Manager to join its Brighton office
to lead its software development and operations based teams. You will
have at least 3 years technical management experience and be able to
make decisions under pressure. Preferably you will have a strong
technical background either from a software development or Linux systems
administration where you have moved into a management position and a
proven track record of leading technical staff. Catalyst is looking for
someone to continue to help grow the development and systems, while
keeping the processes in line with our Australian and New Zealand based
offices.
Responsibilities:
- Support and product delivery
- Development policies and procedures to support business growth
- Team leadership Managing the task allocations of the development team
- Working with key clients to help define requirements and allocate resources
- Assisting Technical Staff with decisions that have commercial implications
- Ensuring that Catalysts Values are upheld
- Technical Sales Support
- Contribute to Catalyst's IT strategy to ensure that we delivery the best quality delivery to our customers. |
