Urgently Need Content Packager ( moodle Experts )

Primary Objectives of Position:  Responsible for working closely with Instructional Design Team, Subject Matter Experts and Trainers to conceptualize, design, and write highly interactive asynchronous learning solutions that target learning outcomes and creatively engage learners.

EssentialJobFunctions:

• Develops high quality, creative training documents, materials, and programs to support the organization needs for self-paced training delivery.
• Follows the ADDIE model and other key Department Processes.
• When necessary, tests and pilots materials and programs to ensure that training needs and objectives are being met and the training design achieves desired results.
• Updates and modifies existing course materials based on best practices, policy/product/procedure updates, or for continuous improvement purposes.
• Possess impeccable time management for quick and efficient delivery.
• Provides exceptional customer service with internal team members.
• Develops e-learning courses, creative concepts, scripts and storyboards.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Knowledge of learning management systems and content authoring tools.
• Knowledge of international eLearning standards (SCORM, AICC, IMS)

• Experience designing eLearning courses is advantageous, the courses to include video, voice and animations as necessary (Relevant samples to be demonstrated to client)

Qualifications:

Education:Bachelor'sdegreein a related field.

Experience:3-5 years related experience.
