The Charity Learning Consortium works with over 300 charity and not for profit organisations and provides online learning to the third sector. We run a personalised Moodle learning management system (LMS), a library of online content and host regular events for our members to network and share best practice with one another, to support learning & development.

The exciting opportunity to join our expanding team has become available. We are looking for a full time Junior Account Manager, to help provide brilliant customer service and customer support both internally and externally. We work in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere where we take pride in the work that we do. The role will generally be answering and resolving support queries, maintaining customers’ Moodle systems, training customers on the LMS and supporting the account management team. The role will involve working from home 4 days a week, one day in the office and occasional attendance at our events.

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide support to customers and our account management team
  • Liaise with customers to identify issues and provide advice/training via zoom, phone and email
  • Moodle administration
  • Deploy new learning content to customer sites

Skills and experience:

  • Excellent customer service
  • The ability to build rapport and great people skills
  • Ability to self-manage tasks and workload
  • Able to quickly pick up new technology and be enthusiastic to try new things
  • Experience with Moodle or similar learning management systems would be advantageous, but it is not a requirement for the role as training will be provided
  • Proactive and motivated

Salary: £18,000.00-£21,000.00 per year DOE

Hours Per Week: Full time (Monday - Thursday 9am - 5pm, Friday 9am - 4pm)
