Who Are We: eThink Education is a rapidly growing technology company with a passion for customer service. We work in education technology, so you or your family might already be using our products in K-12, Higher Education, or Corporate applications. Our product is cloud based and open source, which means we are fresh and fun – not a bureaucratic crew of outdated stuffed shirts sitting around tweaking screens on some software originally developed before WiFi.

What would you do:

·        Manage Implementation Projects helping clients get from signing a contract to going live

·        Help transfer, standup, and configure new client production and development environments

·        Work closely with new clients to help set and meet client expectations as you and the client works to their site’s go live date

·        Work closely with our Discovery team to help build best solutions for new clients

·        Help brand the newly created site(s) using Moodle Themes and custom CSS/HTML

·        Work closely with our Support team to help transition live clients into our standard support services portal

·        Help manage a high volume of new client implementation processes, while keeping all clients moving to their targeted go live date.

·        Help further refine and revamp current implementation processes to continue to meet ever growing client needs

What we need from you:

·        2-3 years knowledge the Learning Management Systems Moodle and/or Totara

·        2-3 years Project Management Experience – PMP Certification preferred

·        Knowledge of Active Directory based authentications (AD, SAML, CAS, etc), Oauth, and SMTP

·        CSS/SCSS and HTML/HTML5 knowledge, and a desire to work with clients on custom branding

·        Proficiency in Office Suite

·        Experience with higher education technology and academic environments

·        Knowledge of customer support software and communications tools (Asana, Slack, Desk.com, etc.)

·        A can do attitude, and a willingness to learn on your feet with limited guidance

·        Minimum Education Bachelor’s Degree

·        Superior email and phone communication skills with an affinity for customer service

·        Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
