Moodle jobs

I am looking for a Moodle consultant / developer to help with our LMS platform. We have an LMS platform that we use for the training of teachers. We want to expand the scope of LMS usage to the students and enable them to take assessments on the Moodle platform itself. However, the students should be able to take the assessments on the platform even in the absence of internet connectivity. Integration of the assessment results and related analytics is an additional feature required.
